Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix Contact DVG-OPC5315032-HW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hope products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Beijer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hope such as the HISML15STAG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP675SC11 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EXTERT100 by Manufacturer Beijer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automation-Direct Brand EA9T12CL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DX1002142 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GFMN15120T40T made by Nissei as well as the popular E01055661032MPN7000MS original spares produced by Okuma

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FKS1027 by Siemens and DX1002142 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC754VSL12CTD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
